Returns & Exchanges



We are happy to refund or exchange purchases until Friday 11th January 2019 on any item/s purchased between Friday 9th November and Friday 28th December 2018, provided the item/s are returned in perfect condition (unused and in resalable condition). Standard T&Cs apply.


If you would like to return an item to us, please obtain a Return Request confirmation, which you can submit via "My Account" (Online purchases only).

When sending your item back, please enclose your name, address, telephone number and proof of purchase and return to:

If you are returning a faulty item, please include a brief description of the fault identified.
