Celebrating 20 years of internationally renowned French designer Agnes B, the lady herself once more showcased her latest and greatest designs in the style of a lavish catwalk show held at the prestigious Pacha Club in London on 21st November.

The show saw session stylist Vas Karpetas using BaByliss PRO tools to help create the models natural, effortless look.

Session stylist Vas Karpetas has worked on shows such as Levis and Warehouse and has an impressive list of celebrity clients including Keira Knightly, Jude Law, Sadie Frost and the Scissor Sisters. As well as taking part in editorial shoots for Wrangler, Elle Clothing, Marks and Spencer and Audi he's also worked on several high profile advertising campaigns for national publications including Glamour, Grazia, The Times, The Independent and Vogue

Vas Karpetas's Inspiration

The inspiration for the hair was Ian Curtis from Joy Division and from the recent film, Control. The boys hair was high and pushed back from the face whilst the girls had a very natural, tousled look.

With the boys, a lot of them had floppy hair which we needed to push back, away from the face whilst adding height and volume. We used The Straightener on some of the boys to iron out any stray/curly hairs and then used wax to mould and sculpt the hair. We then finished by spritzing the hair with Evian to give it that all important wet look.

For the girls, we’ve gone for a ‘done but undone’ look – very natural. Using the large (38mm) Dial-a-Heat Ceramic Tongs, we loosely curled sections of the hair, concentrating on the ends to create flat, tousled curls. We then finished by running The Straightener through the hair, gently tapping it when moving from root to tip to leave hair smooth and sleek.
