South Birmingham College’s Level 3 Hairdressing students received a visit from Lee Burgess-Tolley of the BaByliss PRO Team to demonstrate and discuss some of the products from the range.

Lee said “We recognise at BaByliss PRO that students are the up and coming hairdressing stars of the future, and we feel it’s important to inspire their creative talents in helping to develop their skills with our unique cutting edge products that can create a huge array of up to the minute styles”.

Alex Davis, Lecturer of Hairdressing at the college said “The group loved the session and the blend of science and practise that was shared with the students was excellent. Lee showed a real fashion forward approach that was demonstrated and talked about in such a way the students took a real interest and were very enthusiastic about using the BaByliss PRO products”.

Following Lee’s visit to the college, he was asked to attend and provide prizes for the college’s ‘Level 3 Hair Show’ that was held on the 18th March 2008 at the College, he was joined there by celebrity judges from Royston Blythe.

Alex Davis from South Birmingham College said “The influence and inspiration that Lee provided in his demonstration’s was definitely evident in the trends and techniques displayed by the Level 3 students when they presented their models at the Hair Show.”

BaByliss PRO would like to congratulate Shagufta Zabir, Anne Shimmon, Priya Verma and Charlotte Slattery who received goody bags for coming in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place.
